格萊美獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)典禮是每年音樂屆備受矚目的音樂獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)之一，也是在美國(guó)跟奧斯卡金像獎(jiǎng)、托尼獎(jiǎng)和艾美獎(jiǎng)并稱的美國(guó)四大娛樂獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)之一;而這個(gè)音樂獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)并不僅僅只有綜合類的如年度最佳單曲、最佳專輯等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)覆蓋范圍較廣，不僅包含鄉(xiāng)村、爵士、搖滾、流行、拉丁等多種音樂風(fēng)格，同時(shí)還會(huì)給表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的音樂新人、制作人等人群頒發(fā)相應(yīng)的獎(jiǎng)杯，同時(shí)還有部分特別獎(jiǎng)，比如說頒發(fā)給較具影響力和權(quán)威性人士的格萊美終身成就獎(jiǎng)，入選格萊美名人堂等等。
這個(gè)從1959年5月4日開始舉辦的音樂大獎(jiǎng)，至今已經(jīng)舉辦了66屆，而這個(gè)有著數(shù)十年發(fā)展里程的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)每次評(píng)選都會(huì)遵守嚴(yán)格的制度和程序來確保評(píng)選的公正性，同時(shí)每年的頒獎(jiǎng)典禮上還會(huì)有眾多歐美的明星大腕上臺(tái)表演，十分具有觀賞性。
舉辦的66屆格萊美中，年度最佳歌曲中，愛爾蘭樂隊(duì)U2、阿黛爾、Roberta Flack分別獲得過兩次年度歌曲大獎(jiǎng)。此外，愛爾蘭樂隊(duì)U2不僅獲得的年度最佳歌曲獎(jiǎng)最多，還多次捧得年度最佳搖滾樂隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)，從70年代組團(tuán)至今，捧得22座格萊美獎(jiǎng)，并且還被選入搖滾名人堂。而阿黛爾也毫不遜色，《Rolling In The Deep》、《Hello》兩首分別獲得第54和第59屆格萊美獎(jiǎng)的最佳年度歌曲，除此之外，還額外捧得格萊美的年度專輯、最佳流行女歌手、最佳新人獎(jiǎng)等14座獎(jiǎng)杯。
